The knitting process is divided into wrapping, threading the yarns through the guide bars(sleying), and knitting, and the fabric produced at the end of this process is referred to as greige. Once the greige is moved to the dyeing and processing plants for dyeing, finishing and post-processing, the knitting process is considered complete.

The dyeing process involves dyeing the incoming greige according to the customer's requested color and then dewatering it. The dewatered dyed fabric is then applied heat to set its shape. Afterwards, the products only that pass quality inspection and final confirmation are packaged and shipped out.
