The JQD team specializes in jacquard designs for footwear, developing patterns that reflect both distinctive artistic flair and the latest trends. From fabric construction to color coordination and knitting techniques, every detail is carefully crafted to ensure both functionality and design excellence. We accurately grasp our clients’ needs and propose innovative solutions that stay ahead of market trends.

We manage the procurement of essential raw materials, including yarn, machinery, dyes, and other production necessities, overseeing the entire process from order placement to delivery. Additionally, we analyze demand data to guide our ordering process and ensure that raw materials are supplied in a timely and adequate manner, facilitating streamlined product manufacturing.

(LAB) We verify that our products meet the test specifications requested by customers to prevent the distribution of defective items before shipment.
(QA) We minimize claims through proactive inspections to prevent quality degradation. In the event of quality issues, we analyze the root causes and establish corrective measures, followed by the implementation of preventive processes and step-by-step process monitoring to actively improve quality.

We produce top-quality products using state-of-the-art dyeing machines, including tentering machines. All dyeing processes undergo thorough quality inspections and testing before reaching our customers. Additionally, we are continuously striving to become an eco-friendly factory by using renewable energy through a rooftop solar PV system and environmentally friendly dyes.

Dongjin Vietnam started with its 1st factory in 2009, followed by Youngjin Vina in 2009, the 2nd factory in 2015, the 3rd factory in 2018, and the 5th factory in 2023. In 2024, Dongjin Vietnam expanded the 2nd factory and completed the 2-2 factory. Additionally, Dongjin Vietnam is actively participating in sustainability programs, including continuous investment in eco-friendly facilities, reduction of energy and water consumption, and lowering carbon emissions.

Dongjin Indonesia completed its first factory in 2019 and its second factory in 2024. Building on our successful experience at the Vietnam production base, Dongjin Indonesia is expected to make the second leap forward for Dongjin Textile through the introduction of advanced equipment, process optimization, and eco-friendly management.

To strengthen communication with our top global brand customers headquartered in the U.S., we established the Dongjin US Studio in Beaverton, Oregon in August 2023. Customers can visit our studio at any time to explore and source the materials they need, and our U.S. team regularly visits brand headquarters for project-related meetings. By providing prompt and tailored support on-site in the marketing field, we are committed to creating more opportunities for collaboration.

We initiated operations in 2016, specializing in the production of C/Knit JQD. Over the years, we have developed and implemented a comprehensive system that integrates design, development, quality assurance, and production, enabling us to precisely identify and meet the needs of global brands.
